EXHIBITION-WORKSHOPS „PETER LINDBERGH. FROM FASHION TO REALITY”

Cooperation with Kunsthalle München

Accompanying the exhibition (april 13– august 27)  the Kinderkunsthaus offers museum related pedagogic activities  für children and teenagers.

Weekend Workshop: Saturday, May 27 | 11:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. | ages 10 to 15

Inspired by Peter Lindbergh’s  impressive portraits which we will look at in the morning at the Kunsthalle, you will have the opportunity to try studio photography in the afternoon at Studio 23. True to Peter Lindbergh’s style, we will work mainly in the black and white spectrum and will set focus on the personality of the portrayed persons. Instead of displaying an overly made-up, disguised shell we want to show self-confident, expressive striking features. Admission fee: €60 (including ticket, public transport and lunch). More information about the workshop here.

Pentecost holiday Workshop: Thursday, June 8 | 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. | ages 6 to 10

As the first fashion photographer, Peter Lindbergh put a special focus on the character of his models. In his images he shows self-confident, expressive people, often shown in extraordinary settings. In the morning we will find inspiration in Lindbergh’s shots in the Kunsthalle before we press the shutter release ourselves in the afternoon, putting ourselves in the limelight in individually chosen locations. True to Peter Lindbergh’s style, we will work mainly in the black and white spectrum. Admission fee 60€ (including ticket, public transport and lunch). More information about the workshop here.
